The commissioning process involves transferring responsibility for the wind power plant from the manufacturer to the operator. Our inspectors record the current state of the wind power plant in comprehensive and authoritative reports, including all the potential weak points such as component defects or work that has not yet been completed. This ensures that the scope of delivery specified in the contract has been met by the manufacturer and your wind power plant is operating properly.
The inspection focuses on the principles and guidelines for periodic inspections of wind power plants (as specified by the German Centre of Competence for Construction – Deutsches Institut für Bautechnik / DIBt –, the German Wind Energy Association (BWE) and insurance companies).
In conclusion, you are given a clearly formulated documentation of the inspection with photographs both on paper and in digital form. Our observations from the inspection serve as a list of deficiencies for the handover report.
